Pricing & Payment Terms
We believe in honest, predictable pricing for domestic plumbing components and valve repairs. You receive a clear written quote before we turn off your water or cut any pipework.
How prices are set
Quotes are based on the specific valve type, pipe diameter, and physical accessibility. Our quote covers the replacement brassware, required consumables like olives and seals, and the labour required to drain down, fit, and pressure-test the circuit.
Payment methods
We take payment by cash once the job is finished or by bank transfer based on an issued invoice. This website never processes or stores debit or credit card credentials.
- Cash on completion
- Bank transfer against invoice
Invoicing
We supply an itemised electronic invoice upon job sign-off detailing the exact WRAS-approved components fitted, labour charges, and applicable VAT. Payment is due immediately upon handover.
Deposits and materials
Standard valve replacements require no upfront deposit. For specialist or non-standard thermostatic cartridges that must be bespoke-ordered from manufacturer archives, we may ask for a parts deposit of up to forty pounds.
Late payment
Invoices not settled within seven calendar days of the completion date may be subject to a statutory late payment interest charge under UK commercial rules.
